Travelling with children

When travelling on our minibuses and coaches, specific guidelines must be followed for all children to ensure their safety and comfort:

Children aged: 0-2 (Up until 3rd birthday)

Individual Seats: All children under 3 years old must have their own individual seats. It is not permissible for children to sit on the laps of adults or share seats with other passengers.

Child Restraint Systems: Children under 3 years old must be securely fastened in an appropriate child restraint system that is suitable for their age, weight, and height. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing the correct child seat, such as an infant carrier, child car seat, or booster seat.

Seatbelt Usage: The child restraint system must be properly installed using the minibus or coach's seatbelt system. The seatbelt should be fastened according to the manufacturer's instructions to ensure the safety of the child.

Compliance and Supervision: It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure that the child remains properly secured in their seat at all times during the journey. The vehicle operator reserves the right to refuse travel to any passenger who does not comply with these safety regulations.
